House on the Rock Leadership School is a competency-based leadership training program. Studies include a Life Development course, Theological training, Character development, Ministry Practicums, and Teaching. and support church-based theological education. We provide our members with the opportunity to earn an accredited degree in theology in-house.

leaders should have the opportunity to pursue academic degree programs utilizing in-service leadership development for ministry in church-based contexts.

 

Focus

 

Our entire theological education program is competency-based and accomplished on-site in the context of church ministry. Our training programs require high levels of achievement in character, skills, and knowledge. See Leadership Development curriculum.  

 

Degree and Credit Options
